Nanny

Role Overview

Nanny position with White Spot Facilities Management, providing full-time childcare in a private household setting.

Role Purpose

Provide attentive, safe, and professional care for children in a private household, ensuring their safety, hygiene, comfort, and overall well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Supervision

• Provide full-time care and supervision of children.
• Ensure the children's safety, hygiene, comfort, and overall well-being at all times.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and daily routines.

Nutrition & Meals

• Prepare or assist with age-appropriate meals and snacks.

Activities & Development

• Organize educational, recreational, and age-appropriate activities.
• Support children with their daily schedule, including school preparation, playtime, meals, and bedtime routines.

Household Management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children's rooms, play areas, clothes, and belongings.

Transportation & Outings

• Accompany children to school, activities, appointments, or outings when required.

Parent Communication

• Communicate professionally with parents regarding the children's routine, activities, and any concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Nanny or Childcare Provider.
• Proven experience caring for children in a private household or family environment.
• Good knowledge of child safety, hygiene, nutrition, and age-appropriate care.
• Previous UAE/GCC or UHNW/private household experience is an advantage.
• References from previous employers are preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Patient, caring, responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized.
• Good communication skills.

Additional Information

• First Aid / CPR or childcare certification is preferred.
