Role Purpose

Deliver premium manicure, pedicure, and nail art services to a diverse international clientele in a luxury salon setting, maintaining the highest standards of technical skill, hygiene, and personalized client care.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services to clients.
• Perform nail extensions, gel polish, nail art, and other relevant treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
• Deliver a premium and personalized client experience.

Salon Operations & Standards

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and service quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious treatment area.
• Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and luxury beauty standards.

Client Relationships

• Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Specialist or Nail Technician in Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel, extensions, and nail care.
• Experience working with premium or luxury clientele is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English required.
• Additional languages an advantage, particularly Russian.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium salon environment.
