Role Overview

MOVEit Automation Consultant at VAM Systems, Qatar operations.

Role Purpose

Provide expert technical consultation and support for MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation products, ensuring secure file transfer operations, database health, and compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

MOVEit Transfer Operations

• Maintain MOVEit Transfer product configuration and user management.
• Create new users and apply security policies.
• Maintain SFTP configuration.

MOVEit Automation Operations

• Manage MOVEit Automation product implementation and scheduling.
• Create and configure hosts and scheduled tasks.
• Implement PGP encryption and decryption processes.
• Configure SSH client keys and command line applications.

Database & Infrastructure

• Maintain MS SQL database health for MOVEit Transfer and Automation environments.

Security & Compliance

• Maintain awareness of PCI-DSS requirements.
• Maintain a high security profile in front of Security and PCI panels.

Skills & Competencies

• Extensive knowledge of MOVEit Transfer product.
• Extensive knowledge of MOVEit Automation product.
• Strong MS SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to work.
• Innovative and updated technical ideas.
• Leadership capability in technical field.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working in a bank environment or large corporation, with awareness of enterprise policies.
• Awareness of PCI-DSS requirements and security compliance standards.
