Moveit Automation Consultant

Role Overview

MOVEit Automation Consultant at VAM Systems, based in Qatar operations.

Role Purpose

Provide technical expertise in MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation products to support enterprise data security and compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

MOVEit Transfer Administration

• Maintain extensive knowledge of MOVEit Transfer product functionality including user creation, security policy application, and SFTP configuration.

MOVEit Automation Administration

• Maintain extensive knowledge of MOVEit Automation product including host creation, scheduled task configuration, PGP encryption and decryption, SSH client key management, and command line application integration.

Database Management

• Maintain database health for MOVEit Transfer and Automation using strong MS SQL knowledge.

Security & Compliance

• Demonstrate awareness of PCI-DSS requirements and maintain a high security profile in collaboration with Security and PCI panels.

Operational Excellence

• Remain proactive and on top of work priorities.
• Lead in the field with innovative and updated ideas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous work experience in a Bank environment or large corporation to understand Enterprise policies.

Skills & Competencies

• Extensive knowledge of MOVEit Transfer product.
• Extensive knowledge of MOVEit Automation product.
• Strong MS SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Awareness of PCI-DSS requirements.
