Role Overview

Forklift Operator at Ingram Micro, located in UAE.

Role Purpose

Ensure products and materials are safely and efficiently moved throughout warehouse operations. Your work directly supports the smooth flow of goods, helping deliver for customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within warehouse facilities.
• Unload, receive, store, and move inventory to designated locations.
• Prepare products for storage and shipment while optimizing warehouse space utilization.
• Help create a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Inventory & Quality Management

• Inspect incoming goods, identify damages, and report shortages or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.

Equipment & Compliance

• Perform daily equipment checks and support forklift maintenance requirements.
• Follow all company policies, warehouse safety standards, and Jebel Ali Customs regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE RTA Forklift Driving License (mandatory).

Skills & Competencies

• Experience operating an Articulated Forklift (advantageous).
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
