Role Purpose

Operate and control the ladle furnace during ladle treatment, manage material additions, and ensure equipment integrity through routine monitoring and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Control

• Operate and control the ladle furnace during ladle treatment.
• Control movement of roof, electrodes, and ladle car.
• Manage Fe-alloys and flux additions.

Quality Assurance

• Perform temperature measurement.
• Collect steel and slag samples.
• Deliver samples to QC for chemical analysis.

Equipment Maintenance & Monitoring

• Inspect equipment and machineries on a time-to-time basis during shifts.
• Report any abnormal conditions or breakdowns to shift In-Charge immediately upon observation.
