Role Overview

Medical Receptionist at MIRA Construction, a premium aesthetic clinic located in Al Barsha 2, Dubai.

Role Purpose

Serve as the first point of contact for clinic patients, delivering an exceptional patient experience through warm, professional, and courteous interactions while managing administrative operations and supporting clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Patient Management

• Welcome and assist patients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the clinic's high standards.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport with patients.

Appointment & Administrative Operations

• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist with administrative duties and clinic documentation.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries promptly.

Financial & Coordination

• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Facility Management

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic, salon, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation suitable for a luxury client-facing environment.
