Role Purpose

To perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities in continuous operation plants, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and optimal performance through independent hands-on maintenance execution and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities in continuous operation plants.
• Carry out maintenance activities independently as necessary.
• Rotate equipment maintenance activities.
• Read, understand, and execute jobs as per standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Equipment Installation & Repair

• Install, remove, and fix back pumps and blowers.
• Maintain all types of valves, vessels, columns, exchangers, pipes, and other static equipment.

Technical Competency

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of isometrics, mechanical drawings, and datasheets.
• Handle different types of tools used for maintenance activities.
• Work at high elevations with adequate safety protective equipment.

Quality & Preservation

• Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify detected faults through work examination methods and standards.
• Clean, preserve, and maintain removed parts of equipment.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a good HSEQ record.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Diploma in respective trade (12+3 years).
• Five years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industry.
• Demonstrated competency in the field.
