Role Purpose

Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation activities in continuous operation plants to ensure equipment integrity, reliability, and safe operation across the asset life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities in continuous operation plants.
• Carry out maintenance activities independently as necessary.
• Perform rotating equipment maintenance activities.

Equipment Installation & Repair

• Install, remove, and reinstall Pumps and Blowers.
• Maintain all types of Valves, Vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Pipes, and other static equipment.

Quality & Standards

• Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify detected faults through work examination methods and standards.
• Read, understand, and execute jobs as per standard operating procedure and work instruction.

Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Isometrics, mechanical drawings, and datasheets.
• Clean, preserve, and maintain removed parts of equipment.

Safety & Tools

• Handle different types of tools used for maintenance activities.
• Work at high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment.
• Maintain good HSEQ record.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Diploma in respective trade (12+3 years).
• 5 years relevant hands-on experience in respective trade in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industry.
• Demonstrated competency in the trade.
