Role Overview
Maximo for Transportation Subject Matter Expert (SME) with MaxAccelerate Technology Group, based in the GCC Region (Saudi Arabia & Dubai), with remote, hybrid, or onsite options available.

As part of regional expansion, the company is launching a flagship Maximo for Transportation Program in the GCC, covering Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
Role Purpose
To serve as a specialized expert across functional and technical streams of a multi-country Maximo for Transportation implementation, leveraging IBM MAS 8/9.1, Azure, and AWS environments. The role combines hands-on configuration and optimization with advisory services, mentoring, and cross-project coordination to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Optimization
- Lead expert input across all Maximo for Transportation functional modules.
- Drive configuration, setup, and optimization activities for transportation operations.
- Establish functional design standards and implementation approaches.
Technical Integration
- Support MAS 8/9.1 upgrades and integration with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on Azure or AWS deployment models.
Advisory & Governance
- Advise clients on process design, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Mentor client teams and coordinate across project phases.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
- 3+ years focused specifically on Maximo for Transportation.
- Solid experience in configuration, setup, and functional design.
- Experience in MAS 8.x or MAS 9.1 environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of transportation asset management processes.

Contract & Location
