Role Purpose

Identify and nurture gifted students, coordinate with Mawhiba programs and initiatives, implement enrichment and creative activities, and monitor the progress of high-achieving students in collaboration with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Identification and Development

• Discover and identify gifted and talented students.
• Nurture student talent and giftedness.
• Monitor the progress and performance of high-achieving students.

Program Coordination and Implementation

• Coordinate with Mawhiba programs and initiatives.
• Implement enrichment programs, scientific activities, and creative activities.
• Execute Mawhiba program initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with teachers to support student development.
• Engage with parents to monitor and support student progress.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Gifted Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), or extensive experience in implementing its programs and initiatives, is required.
