Role Overview

Master Data Specialist at Ninja.

Role Purpose

Maintain accurate master data records across multiple systems, ensure data integrity through regular audits, and support data migration and cleanup initiatives while developing and documenting master data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

• Maintain and update master data records accurately across various systems including ERP and CRM.
• Maintain and update master data using Excel tools, including XLOOKUP, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support data migration and cleanup projects as needed.

Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular audits and validations.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues promptly to minimize business impact.

Process & Documentation

• Develop and document master data management processes and best practices.

Stakeholder Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
• Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in master data management or data administration, or a diploma in a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with data cleansing and validation tools is a plus.
