Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional spa and wellness experiences to guests by providing a wide range of facial treatments and massages in accordance with established protocols and brand standards, while ensuring guest comfort and maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Treatment Delivery

• Deliver facial treatments and massages to guests in accordance with established protocols and brand standards.
• Ensure guest comfort throughout all treatment sessions.
• Maintain a warm, professional demeanor with all guests.

Facility & Hygiene Standards

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness at all times.
• Uphold the highest levels of hygiene and professionalism.

Operations

• Manage multiple appointments and maintain a calm, organized approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment.
• Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, massage, or related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of skincare products, facial techniques, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is a strong advantage.
