Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

Marketing Specialist at Aofgroup. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Role Purpose

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support product launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Content Development & Management

• Develop and manage marketing content for social media, email, website, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media calendars and collaborate on content creation.
• Assist in maintaining the company's website and digital presence.

Coordination & Partnerships

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to produce marketing assets.

Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Budget & Compliance

• Track marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
