Role Purpose
Support marketing and sales initiatives while performing administrative operations for the hotel's marketing and sales departments. Deliver memorable guest experiences through coordinated departmental support and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist with proofreading advertising copy to maintain quality standards.
- Support marketing campaigns from conception through execution.
- Maintain the department calendar to coordinate scheduling and deadlines.
- Coordinate internal projects to ensure timely execution.
Sales Documentation
- Prepare booking reports and contracts for clients.
- Draft proposals and document client call summaries.
- Support loyalty point postings to maintain accurate records.
Office Operations
- Provide administrative support including data entry for departmental records.
- Distribute invoices and manage financial documentation.
- Maintain recordkeeping systems to ensure efficient team operations.
Special Projects
- Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
