Role Purpose
You will strengthen visibility across major programs by turning project data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and stakeholders. This role contributes to high-impact infrastructure work while partnering across teams to support effective governance, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review project reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders.
- Track program performance metrics, milestones, risks, and reporting deadlines.
- Analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately.
Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate reporting inputs across project teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Support governance meetings with timely status reports and action tracking.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across complex programs and prepare reporting for senior leadership, steering committees, and governance meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
- Experience preparing project reporting and PMO reporting, including executive dashboards and program performance reporting.
- Experience working in large-scale project, PMO, and infrastructure program environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately.
