Role Overview

Manager - Operational Readiness at Qiddiya Investment Company. This critical role ensures all operational aspects of ambitious projects are ready for successful implementation, strategizing, planning, and executing operational readiness initiatives aligned with delivering world-class entertainment and leisure experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy

• Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project rollouts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with different departments, including project management, design, and HR, to ensure all operational requirements are met before launch.

Assessment & Optimization

• Conduct detailed assessments of operational readiness, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery.

Training & Development

• Design, implement, and oversee staff training programs aimed at equipping teams with the skills required for operational excellence.

Performance Management

• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and readiness, providing regular updates to senior management.

Culture & Service Standards

• Foster a customer-focused culture among staff to ensure high standards of guest experience are met and exceeded.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness roles.
