Esports Foundation operates the Esports Nations Cup (ENC), a national teams competition. Role Purpose

Design and execute protocol, hospitality, and official support operations for national teams participating in the Esports Nations Cup. Ensure national team officials, federation representatives, and delegated guests experience a smooth, professional, and culturally appropriate tournament journey from accreditation through competition and official engagements. Serve as an execution-focused operational counterpart supporting the Head of National Team Relations in delivering a world-class national teams experience.

Key Responsibilities

Protocol & Hospitality Operations

• Design and implement protocol and hospitality processes for national team officials and representatives.
• Plan and manage hospitality zones dedicated to national teams, including access rules, services, and daily operations.
• Oversee official protocols, formal engagements, and on-site etiquette aligned with ENC and local requirements.
• Translate high-level protocol requirements into practical execution.

Accreditation & Onboarding

• Support the accreditation process for national team officials in coordination with central accreditation teams.
• Manage the integration and onboarding of National Team Managers into tournament operations and workflows.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as an operational point of contact for national teams and diplomatic stakeholders during the event, resolving protocol or hospitality issues as they arise.
• Support the Head of National Team Relations in ongoing relationship management with national federations.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (event ops, guest services, security, accreditation) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to post-event reviews and continuous improvement of protocol and hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations, Sports Governance, Business Administration, Legal, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in protocol, hospitality, guest services, or VIP operations, preferably in large-scale events.
• Experience working on mega events (sports, international conferences, festivals, or comparable environments), especially in a hospitality, protocol, or relations role.
• Exposure to traditional sports, international competitions, or national delegations is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Esports or gaming ecosystem familiarity is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Professional fluency in English mandatory; additional language skills such as French or Spanish are a plus.
• Strong operational mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Calm, confident, and service-oriented under pressure.
• Cultural awareness, diplomacy, and sensitivity in international settings.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills during live events.
• Comfortable operating in structured environments with formal protocols and high-visibility stakeholders.
