Role Overview
Manager - Monetization at Majid Al Futtaim, MAF Retail, Head Office Kuwait. The role is responsible for the implementation and execution of Monetization and Marketing Operations strategies and campaigns within the assigned country.
Role Purpose
Translate local country needs into alignment with overall corporate strategy while maintaining uniformity in adherence to guidelines. Work closely with Corporate Head Office and internal stakeholders to ensure monetization initiatives meet regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop value proposition for existing and new products, and translate it into business practices.
- Generate new ideas for customer acquisition and retention initiatives based on learnings from internal, customer, and third-party research.
- Develop business cases and implementation plans, and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
- Conduct market research necessary to support idea generation and business case development.
Operations & Analytics
- Review day-to-day promotional activities and develop reports on the success of promotions for the assigned country.
- Collect customer data on retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
- Develop reports on marketing strategy, collating and identifying different metrics to support identification of customer reach and marketing ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with user research teams to develop a deeper understanding of customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in a similar position.
