Role Overview

Manager - Investment Management (IM-011) at Qiddiya Investment Company. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role based with the organization.

Role Purpose

Evaluate, originate, and manage real estate investment opportunities while collaborating with senior leadership to identify new deals, structure transactions, and build the investment framework that drives financial performance across the real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Origination & Deal Management

• Identify new investment opportunities and originate deals in close collaboration with senior leadership.
• Structure transactions and implement complex financial structures and deal terms.
• Engage in market research to inform investment decisions.

Financial Analysis & Due Diligence

• Perform rigorous financial due diligence on potential investments.
• Create sophisticated financial models to assess profitability and risks.
• Apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the investment framework.
• Manage the financial performance of real estate investments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams including project managers, analysts, and associates.
• Partner with external stakeholders including banks, consultants, and legal advisors to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory, preferably in real estate or private equity.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring with a focus on real estate.
• Strong background from boutique investment banks or large real estate funds.
• Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable.
• Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management is essential.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in the GCC region.
• Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
