Role Overview
Identity and Access Management Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions, UAE.
Role Purpose
Develop and maintain the organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan, aligning with business objectives and security best practices. Define the future state of identity and access management and plan for its evolution.
Key Responsibilities
IAM & PAM Strategy
- Develop, implement, and enforce secure IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and controls aligned with least privilege and business requirements.
Identity Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end user and privileged identity lifecycle, including onboarding, provisioning, access changes, certifications, and offboarding.
Access Governance & Authentication
- Implement and manage RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, federation, and access reviews.
- Deploy strong authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Privileged Access Management
- Oversee credential vaulting and rotation.
- Monitor and record privileged sessions.
- Administer just-in-time (JIT) access and break-glass/emergency access procedures.
IAM Operations & Security
- Monitor IAM/PAM environments for anomalies and incidents.
- Investigate security incidents and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Lead identity-related incident response activities.
Technology & Automation
- Design and operate enterprise IAM/IGA/PAM solutions including SailPoint, CyberArk, and Delinea.
- Implement automation using workflows, PowerShell, or Python.
Compliance, Risk & Reporting
- Ensure alignment with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, and SOC 2 requirements.
- Meet audit requirements and establish KPIs, metrics, logging, and reporting.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead IAM initiatives and vendor/MSP management.
- Deliver training and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
- Continuously improve IAM capabilities, security, automation, and SLA performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience working with multiple IAM solutions in large organizations.
- 5+ years of hands-on global IDAM platform management.
- Proven experience managing IAM deployments, changes, and environments across Dev, Pre-Prod, Prod, SIT, and UAT, including testing and release processes.
