Role Overview

Manager, HSE at KBR. This role manages and leads Health, Safety and Environment initiatives and personnel.

Role Purpose

Coordinate the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel in support of business acquisition and execution. Execute processes that directly impact training, report writing, quality control, plan development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Manage the delivery of functional objectives.

Health, Safety & Environment Compliance

• Incorporate health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites.
• Execute the processes that directly impact training, report writing, quality control, plan development and implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation

• Interface and negotiate with regulatory bodies, clients and subcontractors.

Strategy & Process Development

• Participate in the development of functional strategy.
• May be responsible for global processes and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate degree.
• 9+ years of experience.
