Role Overview

Role Purpose

Develop and execute category strategies, drive cost efficiencies, and manage supplier relationships to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Category Development

• Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Perform spend analysis and market assessments to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
• Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives.
• Contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge demand where needed.

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and savings delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
