Role Purpose
Develop and provide strategic solutions and advisory services that assist client organizations in leveraging customer experience as a competitive advantage. Deliver expertise in managing projects focused on measuring differentiated customer experiences to drive customer loyalty and create a positive journey.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
- Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Interview the client's employees, management team, and other stakeholders.
- Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions.
Delivery & Communication
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage projects and programs.
- Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in a business management discipline.
- 2β3 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
- Project Management certification or working towards certification is a plus.
