Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Safety

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.

Service Request Management

• Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.

Preventive Maintenance

• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document maintenance activities by recording completed inspections and repairs.
• Flag any issues requiring further attention.
