Role Overview

Role Purpose
Ensure quality service delivery, improve equipment safety and performance, and promote regular proactive on-site communication with customers. You will perform regular maintenance checks, attend call-outs, and contribute to customer satisfaction through professional service and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular, proactive, precise on-site communication including callout ETA and job performed details.
- Deliver accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed at the equipment level.
- Hold accountability for equipment safety and performance.
- Identify site risks and communicate them to your supervisor.
- Take immediate action on-site in case of high-risk identification and apply the escalation procedure.
- Identify "unplanned" service repairs based on equipment needs.
Service Operations
- Maintain accountability for end-user and site safety at all times.
- Execute safe working practices and carry out operations according to maintenance and safety instructions.
- Execute service visits (planned maintenance, call-outs, and service repairs) respecting schedule, time limits, quality standards, time allocation, and processes.
- Raise sales opportunities to your supervisor.
- Keep service tooling, van, instruments, and equipment safe, maintained, and in good condition.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI/Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Engineering qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation streams, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of solid preventive maintenance experience with a reputed elevator company.
Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Basic digital foundation skills.
