Role Overview

Maintenance Technician at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support the maintenance team in executing machinery projects, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe and compliant operations across all equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Assist maintenance team during machinery project execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines upon request.
• Report to the Maintenance Team Leader any difficulty or problem encountered during an operation.
• Follow the instructions of the Maintenance Team Leader.

Safety & Compliance

• Suggest enhancements or modifications in order to improve safety measures.
• Comply with safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Consult and participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
