Maintenance Tech Supervisor - Site

Role Overview

Maintenance Tech Supervisor - Site at Saudi Arabia Navigation Services, based on site. This role supervises the delivery of first and second level preventive and corrective maintenance for all systems and equipment.

Role Purpose

To supervise the provision and delivery of on-site first and second level preventive and corrective maintenance for all systems and equipment to ensure that maintenance work is delivered on time, meets specifications within set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Non-ANS System Maintenance Management

• Supervise technical teams during delivery and provision of preventive maintenance schedules to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise timely and effective response to corrective maintenance, keeping operations safe, effective, and efficient.
• Participate in delivery of corrective maintenance activities of non-ANS systems when necessary.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance within installed systems to support all areas of maintenance work.

On-Site Maintenance Support

• Supervise provision of effective on-site maintenance support (level 1 and 2) for various systems and facilities by Site Specialists and Technicians.
• Supervise teams to ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance standards.

Information Relay and Knowledge Sharing

• Ensure proper communications are initiated with internal and external colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and partners to deliver maintenance activities.
• Oversee all maintenance records and ensure Sector Maintenance Planning is made aware of all issues and problems, providing input in case of complaints with installed systems.
• Participate in relevant systems and equipment handover in coordination with Systems Engineering to ensure proper knowledge transfer.

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
• Contribute to identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes, taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

People Management

• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates.
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor workflow.
• Promote a high-performance working environment embracing SANS values.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in CNS-ATM system management and maintenance.
• Technical Diploma in a related field or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
