Role Overview

Maintenance Supervisor at Hilton. The role oversees daily operations of the physical building and systems maintenance and repairs while delivering memorable experiences that support exceptional guest stays.

Role Purpose

Supervise and manage maintenance team members and facility operations to ensure the hotel's physical infrastructure, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems remain safe, compliant, and in optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance

Facility Safety & Compliance

• Support maintenance of the physical building, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations

Maintenance Operations

• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks
• Ensure thorough documentation of work in the property management system
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests

Contractor & Quality Oversight

• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance

Service Delivery

• Ensure that maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Maintain hotel fixtures and fittings in safe condition
