Maintenance Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Maintenance Sales Engineer at Dallah Albaraka. This role performs standard engineering assignments to solve problems and conduct operational studies and research to optimize the production and maintenance process and manage the cost of operations.

Role Purpose

Deliver engineering solutions that optimize production and maintenance processes while managing operational costs through problem-solving, process analysis, and continuous monitoring of system performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

• Follow all relevant Operations and Maintenance policies, processes and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Implement day-to-day operations assigned for Operations and Maintenance to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance of operations under own supervision with industry standards and requirements or regulating authorities.

Monitoring & Diagnostics

• Monitor system performance and function after accomplishment of any recommended modification, maintenance task or significant events and special assignment.
• Monitor all maintenance faults, malfunctions, defects, deferred defects and other occurrences which could affect continuing operations.
• Monitor operating conditions, identify and respond appropriately to problems, allocate or escalate them as necessary, and monitor and record their rectification.

Analysis & Planning

• Analyse components durability and failure trends and prepare preventive maintenance plans, or analyse process and requirements and prepare operation plans.

Team Support

• Provide technical guidance, coaching and support for technical or operation teams to ensure individuals are equipped with the necessary skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
