MACHINE OPERATOR

Role Overview

Machine Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery, maintain product quality and safety standards, manage materials, and support production reporting and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Set machines properly and perform size changes.
• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with finished goods specifications.
• Fill in daily production reports and submit them to the Production Team Leader.

Material Handling

• Ensure proper handling of raw material received, returned, and transferred to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw material are in their dedicated places.

Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Ensure proper cleaning of the production line during the shift and month close.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any problems that occur on the machine.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Consult and participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety management system.
