Luxury Real Estate Head of Quality

Role Overview

AHS Properties, a leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking a Luxury Real Estate Head of Quality to elevate the company's commitment to excellence across all projects. The role is based at AHS Properties.

Role Purpose

Establish and oversee the quality assurance framework to ensure that all aspects of luxury developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This senior leadership position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, and thorough understanding of quality management practices in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Framework

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
• Establish quality standards, metrics, and protocols for all phases of the development process, from design to construction and final inspection.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality outcomes and operational efficiency.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to promote a culture of quality and excellence within all teams.

Audits, Assessment & Compliance

• Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance in real estate development.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, both internally and externally, including liaising with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in quality assurance management within the luxury real estate sector (20+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Deep understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and industry regulations.
• Main Contractor background is recommended.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with high-end projects quality management systems and software tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information

• Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus.
