Role Overview
Logistics Executive position with Ghobash Group in the UAE. The role manages logistics and transportation operations for a laundry facility, ensuring efficient, on-time delivery of laundry services while maintaining highest quality standards and compliance with safety requirements.

Spectrum Industries has been operational since 2004 in Dubai Investment Park, specializing in the production of coil, extrusion, and can coatings. The company services customers across the UAE, KSA, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, India, Germany, and Africa.
Role Purpose
Manage all logistics and transportation aspects of laundry facility operations to deliver services efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery Management
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure on-time and efficient service to customers.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules, making necessary adjustments to accommodate changes.
- Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operation.
Fleet & Vehicle Management
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and registered.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle documentation, including Salik, vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance, and permits.
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports on logistics performance.
Complaint Resolution
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding logistics services.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills.
