Logistics Executive position at Ghobash Group, based in the UAE. The role manages logistics and transportation for a laundry facility, ensuring efficient, on-time delivery of services with highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance.

Role Purpose
Manage all logistics and transportation operations for the laundry facility to deliver services efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while meeting all safety and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Scheduling
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure on-time and efficient service to customers.
- Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operation.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules, making necessary adjustments to accommodate changes.
Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle documentation, including Salik, vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance, and permits.
Fleet Management
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and registered.
Service Quality & Complaint Resolution
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding logistics services.
Reporting
- Generate reports on logistics performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills.
