Logistics Coordinator – Saudi National position with Ghobash Group, Trans Industrial division.

Company Overview

Trans Industrial is a multinational organization operating for over three decades. The head office is located in Dubai with subsidiary operations at various locations, covering markets in Africa, Middle East, Subcontinent and South East Asia.

Role Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator manages and coordinates the efficient transportation, distribution, and delivery of goods, ensuring timely shipments, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Transportation

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Arrange transportation, shipment, and delivery schedules
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Order & Delivery Management

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or losses

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• High School Diploma in a relevant field (alternative qualification)

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• MS Excel knowledge
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Additional Information

• Certification in Supply Chain Management is desired
