Role Purpose
Ensure timely delivery, collection, and organization of clean and soiled linens throughout the facility. Replenish linen supplies in guest rooms, housekeeping closets, or medical units as needed, and support housekeeping and laundry teams in maintaining cleanliness standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Linen Operations
- Deliver clean linens to guest rooms, housekeeping closets, and medical units throughout the facility.
- Collect soiled linens from designated areas.
- Organize and maintain linen supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
- Replenish linen supplies as needed across all areas of the property.
Team Support
- Support housekeeping and laundry teams in daily operations.
- Work independently and follow directions from supervisors.
- Maintain reliability and consistency in role execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or laundry services is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
