Role Overview

Lifeguard position at Hilton Hotels.

Role Purpose

Ensure the safety of pool guests while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Monitor swimming activities, enforce pool rules, maintain a clean and safe pool environment, and respond to emergencies with quick and effective action.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.

Safety and Emergency Response

• Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and promote safe swimming practices.
• Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan.
• Provide rescue or first aid when necessary.

Facility Maintenance and Compliance

• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
