Role Purpose

To establish and operate a thriving local Stranger Soccer community in Jeddah by growing the player base, securing venues and partnerships, managing staff, and delivering consistent game experiences while leveraging the company's proven technology and global operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Growth

• Build a vibrant football community in Jeddah.
• Grow the local player community.
• Lead marketing and community-building initiatives.
• Create memorable playing experiences week after week.

Operations & Partnerships

• Oversee every aspect of Stranger Soccer operations locally.
• Secure football venues and partnerships.
• Recruit and manage Official Hosts.
• Deliver consistently outstanding game experiences.

Leadership

• Lead a growing local operation.
• Take ownership of the local operation and its growth trajectory.

Qualifications & Experience

• Football enthusiasm with strong local insight into Jeddah.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proven self-starter capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and grow communities.

Skills & Competencies
