Role Purpose

To launch, build, and operate the Stranger Soccer brand in Jeddah while making football more accessible in the local community. You will work independently with support from Stranger Soccer HQ's established operations and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Launch & Growth

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Jeddah
• Drive a strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally

Team & Operations

• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 people, supported by Official Hosts
• Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience

Venue & Partnerships

• Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Strong connections within the local football community
