License Owner & Operator position with Stranger Soccer, launching and operating the Stranger Soccer platform in Doha. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to build and grow a local operation rather than a salaried management role.

The platform makes playing football accessible by allowing players to discover nearby games, book a spot, and join matches through a mobile app. The company's mission is to make playing football as easy as going for a jog, with a vision of a world where playing football is as popular and accessible as watching football.

Role Purpose

To launch, establish, and grow the Stranger Soccer operation in Doha by building a local team, securing venues, driving community engagement, and delivering an exceptional player experience while operating independently with support from Stranger Soccer headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Launch & Growth

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Doha
• Build a strong local operation from the ground up

Operations & Venues

• Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
• Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience

Team & People Management

• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 people
• Work with support from Official Hosts

Marketing & Customer Growth

• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
• Build community connections to expand the player base

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Skills & Competencies

• Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community
• Entrepreneurial mindset
