Role Overview

Legal Coordinator (Tamheer) at Bayut | dubizzle. This is a trainee position supporting the Legal Department in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Support the Legal Department by providing administrative and legal assistance. The trainee will gain practical experience in legal documentation, contract management, compliance activities, and cross-departmental coordination while developing knowledge of corporate legal practices.

Key Responsibilities

Document Management

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
• Maintain legal files and ensure proper document management.
• Support policy and procedure documentation.

Contract & Compliance

• Coordinate contract approvals.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and maintain legal trackers.
• Support the Legal Department in regulatory compliance activities.

Legal Research & Analysis

• Conduct basic legal research on applicable laws and regulations.

Administrative Support

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and legal correspondence.
• Perform other administrative and legal support tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.

Confidentiality & Security

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal information.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
