Role Purpose

To provide legal support across contract management, compliance, and document analysis, ensuring the company operates within regulatory requirements while managing legal correspondence and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Drafting

• Draft briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Organize and maintain legal documents.

Contract & Document Analysis

• Review, summarize, and analyze contracts and business documents.
• Research legal precedents and existing laws.
• Create reports with all necessary information.

Compliance & Regulatory

• Track changes in local laws and regulations.
• Provide timely updates on regulatory changes.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage legal correspondence and liaise with company lawyers.
• Meet with relevant internal and external stakeholders to collect information.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a paralegal role.
• Experience in preparing legal reports.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
