Key Responsibilities

Learning Programme Design & Delivery

• Design and deliver learning and development programmes across retail teams.
• Assess training needs and build capability-building strategies.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and programme evaluation.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with retail leadership on talent development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• Significant prior experience in a learning and development role, ideally within retail.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong facilitation and programme design skills.
