Role Purpose
As Learning Manager, you serve as a role model for team members, guiding their development journey from day one. You prepare and monitor individual development plans, organize training activities, and support team members through learning and development opportunities while advising the Property Leadership Team on how to improve team member skills and capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Prepare individual development plans for team members.
- Monitor progress against development plans.
- Organize training activities aligned with organizational needs.
- Support team members through learning and development opportunities.
- Deliver programs and present to audiences.
Strategic Advising
- Support the Property Leadership Team with advice on improving team member skills and capabilities.
- Ensure recommendations support customer satisfaction objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in learning function.
- Experience in adult learning or similar environment.
- Experience managing diverse cultures.
- Experience in hotel operations preferred.
