Role Purpose

Manage hotel laundry operations to ensure linens and uniforms are processed according to established cycles and proper textile care procedures, maintaining equipment safety and a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Laundry Operations

• Manage laundry operations for linens and uniforms, adhering to established cycles and proper textile care procedures.
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines as agreed with Management.

Safety & Equipment Management

• Handle chemicals and equipment safely, following health and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper care and maintenance of machinery.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to superiors.

Workplace Organization & Reporting

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and reports.
• Report linen damage to superiors.

Inventory & Lost and Found

• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
• Participate in monthly inventories.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years' experience in 4–5-star hotel.
