Laundry Attendant

Role Overview

Laundry Attendant at Marriott. This role is part of the Guest Environment Expert team responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.

Role Purpose

Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hotel spaces through skilled housekeeping functions. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to support guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Requests

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean rooms and public spaces to maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness.
• Stock carts with necessary supplies and materials.

Operational Execution

• Perform other similar housekeeping responsibilities as assigned.
• Execute all duties to uphold quality standards and support great guest experiences.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Professional communication and appearance.
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
