Role Purpose

Deliver second-level technical support and incident resolution to maintain operational stability across multiple platforms and environments, managing client issues through formal processes while collaborating with senior technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Support

• Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms
• Perform advanced system and application monitoring and analysis
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, and connectivity issues

Incident Management

• Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence
• Communicate directly with clients for issue handling and updates
• Support on-site technical interventions when required

Collaboration & Improvement

• Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors
• Contribute to operational improvements and preventive actions

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong Linux and Windows administration experience
• Solid understanding of monitoring and performance analysis
• Good networking troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools
• Saudi National required
