Key Responsibilities

Support Delivery

Monitoring & Performance

• Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance
• Perform basic network checks and troubleshooting

Operations & Escalation

• Support on-site operational activities as required
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic Linux and Windows administration knowledge
• Understanding of system and application monitoring
• Basic networking fundamentals

Skills & Competencies

• Strong English fluency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools (preferred)
