Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance

• Maintain hotel facilities to ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs and maintenance across various areas.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections by regularly inspecting facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.

Service & Operations

• Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Document maintenance activities by recording completed inspections and repairs and flagging any issues requiring further attention.
