Key Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance

• Maintain physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address maintenance needs before issues escalate

Service Response

• Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders
• Handle service requests with urgency and accountability

Documentation & Oversight

• Document completed inspections and repairs
• Flag issues requiring further attention or escalation
